Position: Solar Technician cum Electrician
Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy

Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field
Requirement: Two-wheeler & Driving License preferred

Job Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of solar power systems at project sites.
Electrical wiring, cable laying, conduit work, and panel connections.
Installation of solar modules, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and earthing systems.
Troubleshooting electrical and solar system issues.
Testing and commissioning of solar systems.
Ensure proper safety practices at site.
Coordination with site supervisors and project engineers.
Daily reporting of site work progress.

Skills Required




Basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar installations.
Ability to read electrical drawings and layouts.
Knowledge of tools and testing instruments.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork.

Salary

Best in Industry + Site Allowances + Travel Allowances (if applicable)

Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel to different project sites.
Physically fit for field/site work.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
