About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning, physical, emotional, and developmental needs. The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and committed to helping every student reach their full academic and personal potential.

Key Responsibilities
Assess student progress through observations, tests, and evaluations, and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
Modify general education curriculum to meet the needs of students with disabilities
Provide direct instruction in academic, behavioral, social, and life skills as needed
Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other specialists to support student development.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and goals
Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior support strategies
Participate in staff meetings, and professional development sessions
Foster an inclusive, secure,



and supportive classroom setting

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Patience, empathy, and a student-centered approach

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with students with specific disabilities (autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, etc.)
Experience with assistive technology and adaptive learning tools
Bilingual abilities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
