Job Responsibilities:

· Designing and updating job descriptions

· Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and skilled platforms)

· Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

· Screen incoming resumes and application forms and assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

· Conduct interviews

· Coordination regarding documentation

Skills Required:

· Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (min 1 year)

· Experience with sourcing techniques

· Understanding of referral programs

· Familiarity with online job hunting websites

· Solid verbal and written communication skills

· Sound judgement

· Be able to work independently with minimum instructions

· Valuable personality; should be polite

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
