Key Responsibilities
Visit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue payments.
Educate customers about outstanding dues and available repayment options.
Negotiate payment plans as per company guidelines.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Update customer visit reports and collection status in the mobile application/system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collections.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and payments.
Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding difficult or escalated cases.
Build and maintain qualified relationships with customers.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
