Job Summary -

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales for interior design consultancy, turnkey fit-out projects, and furniture solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while coordinating closely with design, estimation, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities -
Drive sales for:
Interior design services
Turnkey fit-out projects
Office & commercial furniture
Generate and manage leads through:
Direct marketing
Architects/consultants
Referrals and channel partners
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions
Coordinate with design & estimation teams for proposals and presentations
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and scope documents
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close deals
Track sales pipeline, targets, and monthly achievements
Ensure smooth handover from sales to the execution team
Maintain robust client relationships and repeat business




You are required to work at any location as per the business lead
Report Daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to management

Requirements -

Qualification: BBA/MBA,Marketing,Interior Design,Architecture,

Experience: 3–5 Years in Interior / Furniture / Building material products Sales

Salary Scale: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000
Interior design sales

Furniture or building material sales
Proven track record in closing high-value projects
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project scopes
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and proposal tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
