[A] CC Supervision/ Monitoring
Ensure quality standards - premises, service delivery, beneficiary feedback, complaints redressal
Ensure that all minor repairs & maintenance work are addressed
Ensure Pest Control done as scheduled
Centre regular cleanliness & Maintenance (Checklist)
Centre requirements info
Training & Supervision of Center co-ordinators
Ensure daily updates by center coordinators

[B] Beneficiary Management
Parents Meeting (fortnightly)
Beneficiary feedback & Complaints redressal
Discipline of residents
Showcase talents of kids
Occupancy & Health status updates

[C] Donor Coordination
Be updated at any point of time with all Access Life requirements.
Do initial interaction with the donors and assess capacity and intent to donate
Refer or escalate donors
Place the right requirements with donors and update the same
Send out the standard thank you note and maintain regular contact with donors
In kind donation / requirements / requests / thanks
Maintain Donors database




Facilitate maximum unit sponsorship and MealMates at the assigned centres

[D] Visitor Management & Event Coordination
Walk through of the centre with the visitors ( including e-tours)
Introduction about Access Life
Co-ordinate with centre co-ordinators and operational staff regarding the upcoming events and visitors
Coordinate and assist in scheduling for visitors to the centres
Maintain visitor’s database.

[E] Case Study

Collect data and pictures of each family from the center co-ordinator & prepare case studies at the time of admission, monthly updates & discharge.

[F] Reports
Daily Report
Incident Report
Parents Meeting Report (fortnightly)
Monthly report of Visitors, Donors, Mealmates, Unit Sponsorship, Events, Activities
Quarterly Consolidated Center Report

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
