Position: Production Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years (Manufacturing Industry Preferred)
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate, MBA , MMS, BMS , Production, Industrial, or related Furniture Industries

Job Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure smooth operation of production processes while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor manpower utilization and machine efficiency.
Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Store, and Planning departments.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Minimize production losses, rework, and material wastage.
Maintain discipline, housekeeping (5S), and workplace safety.




Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure timely completion of production schedules while meeting customer requirements.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of production planning and shop floor management.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
Valuable leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to solve production-related issues effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
