We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage online orders and handle customer calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable using computers, and be able to provide a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and process online orders.
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
Assist customers with order placement, product information, pricing, and customization requests.
Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and order-related queries politely and efficiently.
Update daily sales details accurately.
Follow up with customers when required.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.





Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic English and typing skills.
Familiarity with WhatsApp, online ordering platforms.
Positive problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer support, call handling, or order management is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
