Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to data integration and ETL processes.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining data workflows to ensure data accuracy and system uptime.
Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues.
Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve efficiency.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
