Job Summary:

A Civil Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating activities across departments for water and wastewater treatment projects including WTP, STP, ETP, and CETP. The role involves ensuring smooth project execution, timely communication, and effective site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal departments such as design, procurement, execution, and quality teams for project progress
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of activities
Conduct regular site visits to review work progress, quality, and safety compliance
Act as a communication bridge between site teams, consultants, contractors, and management
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and progress updates
Support in resolving technical and coordination issues at site
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards
Follow up with vendors and contractors for deliverables and timelines
Assist in billing, BOQ tracking, and project cost monitoring

Required Skills:




Solid coordination and communication skills
Valuable understanding of water and wastewater treatment systems (WTP, STP, ETP, CETP)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of project management tools and MS Office (Excel, MS Project preferred)
Basic understanding of civil construction activities and drawings
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Experience:
Experience in water infrastructure or wastewater treatment projects
Exposure to government or industrial projects related to water treatment
Familiarity with site execution and coordination work

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel for site visits
Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure
Solid organizational and documentation skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
