Financial & Contract Management: Secure project funding, oversee budgets, and manage profitability.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for key clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Risk & Resource Management: Identify high-level risks, make critical decisions, and ensure proper resource allocation.
Leadership & Decision Making: Lead project teams and make major, binding decisions, often acting as the leader of the project board
