Key Responsibilities
Taste and evaluate CTC, Orthodox, Green, and Specialty teas.
Develop and standardize tea blends as per company requirements.
Assess liquor, aroma, color, strength, briskness, and overall quality.
Source and evaluate tea samples from auctions and suppliers.
Ensure product consistency across batches.
Work closely with procurement, production, and quality teams.
Maintain tasting records and quality reports.
Identify quality issues and recommend improvements.
Monitor market trends and current tea varieties.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
