Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / Lead DevOps Engineer to design, manage, and optimize enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and scalable distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and microservices environments
Manage Apache Kafka clusters for real-time data systems
Optimize MongoDB Atlas performance, scalability, and reliability
Implement cloud infrastructure, auto-scaling, load balancing, and monitoring solutions
Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation practices
Ensure security, backup,
disaster recovery, and production stability
Required Skills:
10+ years of DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering experience
Robust expertise in Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, MongoDB Atlas
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms
Robust Linux, Shell/Python scripting skills
Experience with microservices architecture and large-scale production systems
