About the Role- As an Architect, you will interpret clients briefs, and review contracts & designs.

Responsibilities
Architectural design - Prepare plans, drawings, sketches and models as required to support design and development proposals.
Lead concept design generation as per customer KYC
Take lead for ensuring all designs/drawings are as per BuildNext standards.
Should be able identify the right design solutions, which are adhering to BuildNext standards and are aesthetically pleasing.
Clarification of the details for the design with the end customers.
Coordinating sanction drawings and approval process.
Making site visits to check on progress and manage the team.

Candidates' requirement:-

· Minimum 5 yrs experience in design architecture on residential projects

· B.Arch from premium institute,



M.Arch is an added advantage

· Exemplary design & drawing skills with the versatile mindset to adapt to a high pressure start up work workplace

· Ability to see the big picture as well as giving attention to the smallest detail.

· Ability to communicate effectively the design plans to the client.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
