Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and execute daily production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with fabrication, welding, stores, and dispatch teams.
Optimise manpower, machine utilisation, and material flow.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
Monitor production efficiency, rejection, and rework.
Implement SOPs, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain production reports and support ERP/Odoo updates.
Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in fabrication, sheet metal, or manufacturing.
Robust understanding of production planning and shop floor operations.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and MS Excel.
ERP/Odoo experience is an added advantage.
