Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations including room allotment, registers, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure timely repair and maintenance of infrastructure.
Supervise caretakers, security guards, and all support staff.
Address student grievances and monitor mess operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness through regular inspections.
Qualifications
Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Robust organizational and leadership skills
