We are looking for a proactive and organized Bakery Shop Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bakery retail outlets and centralized production kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store operations, productive order processing, inventory control, timely deliveries, team management, and excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of all bakery retail shops and the central kitchen.
Ensure smooth coordination between production, stores, and delivery teams.
Monitor opening and closing procedures of all outlets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Team Management
Supervise shop staff, kitchen staff, cashiers, and delivery personnel.
Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties effectively.
Train, motivate, and monitor employee performance.
Resolve operational issues and maintain discipline within the team.
Order & Billing Management
Monitor customer order processing from receipt to delivery.
Ensure accurate billing and cash handling at all outlets.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
Coordinate with online delivery platforms and walk-in customers.
Inventory & Stock Control
Conduct daily stock verification at retail outlets.
Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory.
Coordinate stock transfers between the central kitchen and retail shops.
Minimize wastage and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
Maintain inventory records and prepare stock reports.
Delivery Management
Manage delivery executives and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
Track delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily sales, stock, and operational reports.
Monitor sales performance and identify prospects for improvement.
Coordinate with management regarding procurement and operational requirements.
Maintain documentation related to inventory, sales, attendance, and expenses.
