Position: Assistant General Manager – Design

Department: Projects – Design

Experience:-12–15 Years (Minimum 5 Years in Leadership Role)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural & interior design projects from concept to execution.

Manage luxury residential, hospitality & clubhouse projects.

Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards & client presentations.

Coordinate with consultants, vendors & project execution teams.

Review BOQs, budgets, material selection & project timelines.

Ensure design quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Lead, mentor & manage the design team.

Drive innovation, value engineering & design excellence.

Required Qualification:





Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory

Master's Degree (Preferred)
