About the Role

Oxion Builders is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will interact with prospective and existing clients, maintain solid relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the home construction journey.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Follow up with leads and schedule client meetings.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales, design, and site teams regarding client requirements.
Assist customers by providing project information and regular updates.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and resolve basic queries.




Prepare daily follow-up and customer interaction reports.
Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
