We are looking for a energetic and experienced Sales Trainer to strengthen our sales team capabilities and drive business growth through impactful training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct product and sales training sessions for sales executives, beauty advisors, distributors, and channel partners.
Develop and implement effective training programs to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Train teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, communication skills, objection handling, and market strategies.
Identify training needs through performance analysis and field observations.
Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment modules.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance tracking.
Conduct onboarding and induction training for new sales employees.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing,



and HR teams for training schedules and development initiatives.
Support field teams through regular market visits and practical demonstrations.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning during training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Product Trainer, or Sales Executive in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement techniques.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and influence teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
