As a Business Process Designer, you will engage in a dynamic workplace where you analyze, develop, and enhance workflows. Your typical day involves identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing cutting-edge solutions to optimize effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that processes are continuously monitored and refined over time to meet evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.




Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation related to process improvements and workflows.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
