MasterKey Media is looking for a proactive and confident Client Relationship Manager to manage client communication, build robust relationships, and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple clients efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time.
Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain client records and prepare regular reports.
Identify opportunities to upsell and strengthen client relationships.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Prior experience in client servicing, sales, or relationship management is preferred.
Salary
Probation (3 Months): ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month
After Probation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance Incentives
Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
