Job Title: Chip-Level Laptop Repair EngineerJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chip-Level Laptop Repair Engineer to diagnose and repair laptop motherboards at the component level. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chip-level troubleshooting, soldering, BIOS programming, and repairing laptops from leading brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, and Asus.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair laptop motherboards at the chip/component level.
Troubleshoot issues such as no power, no display, charging failures, boot issues, and short circuits.
Perform SMD/BGA soldering, de-soldering, and component replacement.
Repair and replace ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, inductors, BIOS ICs, and connectors.
Flash and update BIOS/UEFI firmware.
Read motherboard schematics and board-view files.
Use diagnostic tools including Digital Multimeter (DMM), Oscilloscope, DC Power Supply, Soldering Station, Hot Air Rework Station, and BGA Rework Machine.
Perform quality testing after repairs and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
Follow ESD and safety standards during repair activities.

Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in chip-level laptop motherboard repair.

Preferred Skills
Experience repairing Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, and other leading laptop brands.
Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet repair turnaround time (TAT).
