Job Overview
The candidate will act as a key contributor and/or Product Owner, responsible for defining and managing system-level requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, and supporting delivery using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop strong domain expertise in automotive systems (Body, Vehicle Access, Seating, Lighting)
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into system-level requirements
Perform subsystem and feature analysis, including requirement decomposition
Manage interfaces across subsystems to ensure seamless integration
Develop and maintain system requirements, boundary diagrams, and capability definitions
Support system architecture definition and validation activities
Use MBSE tools (e.g., MagicDraw) for system modeling and documentation
Work in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe) and participate in sprint ceremonies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, validation, integration)
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams





Required Skills & Qualifications
Robust knowledge of System Engineering principles
Experience in automotive domain (preferably Body systems: Climate, Lighting, Wiper, Washer, Mirrors)
Hands-on experience in:
System requirements development
Boundary diagrams
Capability definitions
Experience with MagicDraw or similar MBSE tools
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Protected)
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have
Experience working with OEMs (preferably Ford)
Exposure to system integration and validation processes
Understanding of end-to-end vehicle systems and architecture
