Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Mechanical, or related discipline)
Experience: 1+ years in Stores, Inventory, or Inward Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately and within the prescribed timeline.
Inspect received materials for quantity, quality, and any visible damage, and coordinate with the Quality team for inspections where required.
Maintain accurate records of inward materials in the ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent).
Coordinate with the Purchase, Warehouse, Production, and Quality departments to ensure smooth material flow.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of received materials.




Track and report discrepancies related to quantity, quality, documentation, or damaged materials to the concerned departments.
Organize and maintain inward documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and GRNs, for audit and compliance purposes.
Monitor inventory accuracy and support periodic stock verification activities.
Follow company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and 5S practices to maintain a clean and organized work setting.
