Supervise granulating, blending, compression, and coating operations according to Master Batch Records (MBR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Monitor critical process parameters (CPP) to ensure product uniformity and yield optimization.
Perform line clearances and verify equipment readiness prior to starting recent batches.

Quality & Compliance
Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for in-process sampling and testing.
Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) to log deviations, manage change controls, and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in batch records and equipment logbooks.

Team & Resource Management
Allocate shift manpower, assign daily tasks, and train junior chemists and operators on safety and GMP standards.
Coordinate with warehouse and engineering teams for raw material staging and machine maintenance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
