Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s presence across social media platforms by creating engaging content, running campaigns, and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Plan and execute content calendar (posts, reels, stories)
Create engaging captions and content ideas
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads) for lead generation
Analyze performance and optimize strategies
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators
Track trends and implement creative marketing ideas




Prepare weekly/monthly reports

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of social media platforms and trends
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Content planning and creative thinking
Valuable communication and writing skills
Basic knowledge of analytics tools
Time management and multitasking

Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing / Any stream
Digital Marketing certification (preferred)

Experience:
2–5 years in social media management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
