Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring
Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
Prepare and publish job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates and negotiate joining dates.
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Develop a pipeline of candidates for recurring requirements.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Complete joining formalities for recent employees.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Conduct basic HR induction and explain company policies.
Coordinate with respective departments for employee onboarding.
Maintain updated employee master data.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor daily attendance, late reporting, absenteeism,



and working hours.
Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
Prepare monthly attendance and Leave/LOP statements.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance/Accounts team.
Maintain records relating to salary revisions, incentives, deductions, and employee benefits.
Address employee queries related to attendance and payroll.

Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for routine employee HR matters.
Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve workplace concerns.
Maintain skilled communication between employees and management.
Handle employee grievances confidentially and escalate responsible matters to management.
Support employee engagement and retention activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
