About the Role

We are looking for a CA / CA Inter with 3–5 years of experience in a D2C or E-commerce company to manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Vendor & Customer Reconciliations, Inventory Accounting, and GST Compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience handling high-volume financial transactions and working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Vendor Payments, and Accounts Payable.
Handle Customer Receivables, Collections, Credit Notes, Claims, and Reconciliations.
Monitor customer receivables and inventory across Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Up-to-date Trade, and General Trade channels, including invoice-wise collections, deductions, credit notes, claims, and settlements
Reconcile transactions across Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Modern Trade, and General Trade channels.
Prepare vendor payment schedules and monitor working capital.
Ensure GST fillings and compliance, statutory requirements, and audit readiness.




Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve collection efficiency.
Support process improvements, MIS preparation, and Audit readiness.

Requirements
CA / CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
3–5 years of Finance & Accounts experience.
Experience in a D2C or E-commerce company is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Vendor & Customer Reconciliations, and Inventory Accounting.
Hands-on experience with Tally and/or SAP.
Good understanding of GST, statutory compliance, financial controls, and audits.
Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket), Up-to-date Trade, or General Trade will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
