Lead the development and implementation of recent software applications
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications
Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies
Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development
