We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and managing offer rollouts and onboarding.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of job portals like Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn
Basic MS Office skills and ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
