Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Inspect vehicles and accurately record customer concerns.
Prepare job cards and repair orders with complete details.
Explain recommended repairs, maintenance schedules, and service costs to customers.
Obtain customer approval before commencing additional work.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to customers.
Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Prepare invoices and explain work performed and charges.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve service-related issues.
Promote value-added services, maintenance packages, and accessories where appropriate.
Maintain accurate service records and customer information.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
