We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. This role involves managing laboratory testing procedures as well as handling field-based assignments like home collection or sample transport. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine laboratory tests, analysis, and sample processing with high accuracy.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure precise results.
Manage patient documentation, data entry, and timely report generation.
Handle outdoor coordination, sample collection, or transport as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lab Technician or Phlebotomist.
Education:



Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent.
License Mandatory: Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License for essential field mobility.
Languages: Proficient communication skills in Kannada and English.
Attributes: High attention to detail, hygienic work practices, and solid professional ethics.

What We Offer:
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
