Flavors 'N Beans is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Barista to join our growing café team.

We are a premium 100% vegetarian bakery & café known for our freshly brewed coffee, freshly baked products, and excellent customer service. If you enjoy making coffee, interacting with customers, and working in a clean and skilled environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee and other café beverages.
Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
Take customer orders accurately.
Recommend menu items and bakery products.
Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, workstations, and seating areas.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Work efficiently during busy hours.

Requirements




Previous experience as a Barista is preferred (6 months–2 years).
Freshers with a willingness to learn are also welcome.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
Positive communication skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused personality.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Punctual, honest, and hardworking.
