Purchase Officer Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring timely availability of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities- Process purchase requisitions.- Source and evaluate suppliers.- Negotiate prices and terms.- Issue purchase orders.- Follow up deliveries.- Coordinate with stores.- Monitor inventory.- Maintain purchase records.- Resolve supplier issues.- Prepare reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 2–5 years preferred. Skills: Negotiation, Excel, ERP/Tally, communication, organization. KPIs: Timely procurement, cost savings, supplier performance, PO accuracy, inventory availability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
