Reponsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 SCM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, cutover and go-live support.
Conduct client workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 SCM solutions.
Configure and implement Supply Chain Management modules based on business needs.
Collaborate with onsite teams, technical consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and functional specifications for customizations.
Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live activities.
Participate in solution demonstrations, effort estimations and presales engagements.
Provide functional guidance to project teams and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:
4–5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant.




Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) – Supply Chain Management. Functional expertise in one or more of the following: Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), Production / Manufacturing, Master Planning, Logistics
Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
Solid knowledge of business process mapping, gap-fit analysis and solution design.
Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps and business process modeling.
Ability to create functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable to Have
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification.
Experience working with international clients.
Exposure to Power Platform or Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
Experience in presales, effort estimation and solution presentations.
