Handle customer inquiries related to various insurance products and services
Guide clients in selecting suitable insurance plans as per their requirements
Explain policy features, coverage, benefits, and renewal processes clearly
Generate leads through calls, references, and walk-in clients
Maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and claim support
Follow up with clients for renewals and pending documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Achieve monthly sales and business targets assigned by the company
Provide prompt after-sales support and customer service assistance

Skills Required:
Positive communication skills
Basic knowledge of insurance products and policies
Ability to handle clients
Sales and customer relationship management
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM, etc.)
Robust follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to work independently
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
