We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Collection Executives. The role involves contacting customers over the phone and assisting in the recovery of overdue loan payments. This is a telecalling-based position with no field work involved.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments.
Follow up with customers and encourage timely repayment of dues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Resolve basic customer queries related to outstanding payments.
Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional communication.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
Basic computer knowledge.
