We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Creative Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and has expertise in designing engaging graphics and creating high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms.

The primary responsibility of this role is to conceptualize, design, and produce creative content that enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, advertisements, and presentations.
Create Instagram carousels, Facebook posts, LinkedIn graphics, YouTube thumbnails, banners, and promotional materials.
Develop visually appealing marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
Design infographics, brochures, flyers, and digital assets as required.

Social Media Reels & Video Content
Plan, edit, and produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
Add animations, transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
Convert raw footage into polished marketing videos.
Create product demonstrations, educational videos,



behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.

Creative & Brand Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and creative concepts.
Ensure all creative assets align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
Research industry trends and implement creative design styles.
Develop creative concepts that improve audience engagement and campaign performance.

Marketing Support
Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
Create landing page graphics and promotional visuals.
Support SEO and content marketing teams with visual assets.

Content Optimization
Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, transitions, and platform algorithms.
Optimize videos and creatives for maximum engagement and platform-specific best practices.
Organize and maintain creative assets and project files.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
