We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly effective Back Office Executive with advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Automate skills. The ideal candidate should possess excellent typing speed, accuracy, and the ability to process 300–400 records daily while maintaining a high level of data integrity. Experience with Mail Merge, workflow automation, and handling large datasets is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Process and manage 300–400 records/documents daily with high accuracy.
Create, maintain, and update large Excel databases.
Utilize advanced Excel functions including:
VLOOKUP
XLOOKUP
INDEX & MATCH
IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF
Pivot Tables
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation
Text Functions
Design and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
Generate bulk letters, notices, reports, and emails using Microsoft Word Mail Merge.
Perform data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Maintain digital records and ensure proper document management.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure confidentiality and security of organizational data.
