Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete accounting function of the company.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
- Record and reconcile sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Generate and maintain invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist with GST filings, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Process TDS calculations and maintain related records.
- Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
- Support any other finance and accounting activities assigned by management.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books is essential.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Robust numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of the accounts function.
