Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Operational Safety Oversight:

- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.

· Electrical Safety Auditing:

- Perform monthly audits of electrical items to assess compliance with safety standards and regulations.

· Policy Development and Review:

- Develop and periodically review HSSE policies and procedures in alignment with business nature and Indian Safety compliance regulations.

· Compliance Management:

- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards applicable to the business operations.

· Training and Awareness Program:

- Conduct internal HSSE-related training programs, such as fire training and CPR, to educate employees.

Requirements:





· Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

· 5-7 years of experience in an HSSE role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

· Skilled in operational safety oversight and policy development.

· Strong organizational and leadership skills.

· Proficient in compliance management and training facilitation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
