Job Summary

Network Courier is expanding its operations in India and is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and build solid relationships in the logistics and courier sector.

The role focuses on B2B sales, key account management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in courier, logistics, and e-commerce sectors
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Understand client requirements and offer customized logistics solutions
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

3. Market Expansion

- Research market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Identify new target industries and growth opportunities




- Support expansion into new regions and territories

4. Coordination & Reporting

- Work closely with operations and customer service teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management

Key Requirements

- More than 3 years of experience in business development / sales (logistics preferred)
- Strong understanding of courier, freight, or supply chain services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results

KPIs / Performance Metrics

- Revenue growth
- New client acquisition
- Client retention rate
- Conversion rate (leads to customers)
