Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Frankfinn Institute, Panvel

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join Frankfinn Institute, Panvel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, explaining courses, guiding them through the admission process, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities.

Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.

Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.

Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.





Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrolment process.

Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, telecalling, sales, or customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and presentation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
