You're the engine inside a campaign. Once a brief lands, you take it and run — briefing editors, coordinating with influencers, tracking deliverables, and making sure everything goes live on time. No one should have to chase you. You chase everyone else.

What you'll own

Receive campaign briefs and break them down into clear tasks for editors and influencersBrief edit pages and influencers — what to post, when to post, exactly how Track every deliverable across active campaigns — nothing slips, nothing is assumed. Collect live links within 30 minutes of content going live and log them properly. Flag delays or issues before they become problems — proactive, not reactiveMaintain campaign trackers and keep them updated in real time. Coordinate with the internal team daily — editors, page scouts, posting coordinators.

What we're looking for





Highly organised— you track 10 things at once and nothing falls throughStrong communicator — brief clearly, follow up firmly, no ambiguity. Understands the Indian music and influencer space knows the culture, follows the trends. Ownership mentality — if something is delayed, it's your problem to fix, not someone else's. Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, WhatsApp groups for coordination. Noida-based, full-time in office.

What we're not looking for

Someone who waits to be told what to do next.
People who treat coordination as just forwarding messages.
Anyone who can't handle pressure when 5 campaigns are running at once.

Experience

We don't care about years. We care about how you think and how rapid you move. Freshers with the right hustle will be considered equally as someone with 3 years of experience.
