We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the textile industry and hands-on knowledge of IndiaMART. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth through online B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond promptly to inquiries received through IndiaMART and other online B2B platforms.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable textile products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Represent the company professionally while ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in the textile or home furnishing industry.
- Hands-on experience in handling IndiaMART leads and customer inquiries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of home furnishing products such as cushion covers, table linens, curtains, rugs, or other textile products.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Excellent follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
