Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room & Public Area Maintenance

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas as per hotel standards.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and guest supplies are replenished and neatly arranged.
- Perform turndown service where applicable.
- Handle laundry, linen, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.

Quality & Standards

- Follow five-star luxury service standards in housekeeping operations.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Report maintenance issues and damages immediately to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Guest Interaction

- Greet guests politely and assist with their requests whenever possible.
- Respect guest privacy by adhering to “Do Not Disturb” and “Privacy” policies.
- Handle guest belongings with utmost care and integrity.

Teamwork & Operations

- Coordinate with supervisors and fellow associates for smooth daily operations.
- Assist in stock management of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.




- Support in deep-cleaning projects and special housekeeping tasks.
- Attend departmental briefings, trainings, and grooming checks.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Professional grooming and excellent personal hygiene.
- Basic communication skills in English (additional languages preferred).
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer service orientation.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Previous experience in housekeeping (preferably in a luxury hotel/resort).
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may be considered.
- Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
