Assistant Manager – HR
Experience: Minimum 5 years

Job Description:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions in the engineering/stainless steel fabrication industry.
- Source and hire skilled manpower including Welders, TIG/MIG Welders, Polishers, Fabricators, Fitters, Helpers, Supervisors, and other production staff.
- Coordinate interviews, trade tests, salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and onboarding.
- Manage employee joining formalities, induction, attendance, and employee documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, statutory compliance, and HR records.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and HR policy implementation.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure timely manpower availability.




- Maintain recruitment reports, HR MIS, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred Candidate:

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the engineering or stainless steel fabrication industry.
- Proven experience recruiting Welders, Polishers, Fabricators, Fitters, and other skilled shop-floor personnel.
- Knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
