Job Summary

Zeon Cinemas is looking for an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager to oversee daily cinema operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff, maintain operational efficiency, and achieve business targets while delivering a world-class movie experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day cinema operations across all departments.
- Supervise Front Office, Box Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Parking, and Security teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor movie schedules and ensure smooth show operations.
- Maintain staff discipline, attendance, grooming, and shift scheduling.




- Achieve food & beverage sales targets and monitor inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Handle daily cash management and operational reporting.
- Coordinate with management for business development and promotional activities.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in excellent working condition.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication in Tamil and English.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
