Job Overview:
Kanha Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- Plan and execute social media calendars and campaigns
- Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community
- Analyze performance using analytics tools and generate reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing, design,



and sales teams for campaign execution
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize for ROI

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
- Creative mindset with attention to detail

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
